Yes — 100%. You keep full ownership of your masters and compositions. You grant Choice Network a license to distribute and protect your recordings, which you can end by requesting a takedown at any time.
Nothing upfront. No signup, annual, or per-release fees. We keep a flat 10% of royalties earned; 90% is yours. If your music earns nothing, you pay nothing.
After your track passes verification and label review, delivery to stores typically completes within a few days; some services take longer to display new releases. Schedule a release date in advance for guaranteed timing on major platforms.
Every upload is audio-fingerprinted against a global database of released music. If your file matches an existing recording — a rip, a re-upload, an uncleared sample — it's rejected before it can harm your standing with stores. If you believe a match is wrong (for example, it matched your own earlier release), contact support with proof of ownership and we'll review it manually.
An ISRC is the international ID every recording needs for stores and royalty tracking. Choice Network is a registered issuer, so every track automatically gets an official code from our range — no paperwork. If you already have your own ISRCs from a previous distributor, contact support and we'll map them during onboarding.
Once your release is live, its fingerprint is continuously monitored. When your audio appears in web videos, streams, or re-uploads, the detection shows on your radar dashboard with a link and match confidence, so unauthorized use can be claimed or taken down.
When uploading, add each collaborator's email, role, and percentage (totals must equal exactly 100%). Splits lock when the track is verified and are tracked against the release for transparent accounting.
FLAC or WAV masters are ideal. MP3, M4A, AAC, OGG and AIFF are converted to store-grade FLAC automatically in your browser. Video files (MP4, MOV, FLV) are accepted too — we extract the audio — but use the studio master when you have it.
Yes. Catalog transfers keep your stream counts and playlist placements when done correctly — releases are re-delivered with identical metadata before the old versions are taken down. Contact support and we'll plan the migration with you.
Stores report and pay on a delay (typically 2–3 months after streams happen). YouTube is faster — its payment cycle completes before the 30th of the following month. Your Earnings dashboard shows your share as reports arrive, and payouts follow the payment schedule in your creator agreement.
