Music MCN (operated by Choice Network) provides digital music distribution, rights protection, and related services. We deliver your recordings to streaming and download services worldwide, register them for content identification systems, and monitor for unauthorized use.
You retain full ownership of your recordings and compositions. By submitting content you grant Choice Network a non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and monetize your recordings through digital services, and to register and enforce content identification on your behalf, for as long as your content remains on the platform.
All uploads are screened against copyright databases before delivery. We may reject or remove content that matches existing recordings, violates store policies, or breaches these terms — including after release. Repeated infringement leads to account termination.
Choice Network retains ten percent (10%) of net royalties received from digital services for your content; ninety percent (90%) is credited to you (and your collaborators per your split instructions). No upfront or recurring fees apply. Store reporting timelines determine when earnings appear and are paid.
You may request removal of your content from stores at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Accrued, legitimately earned royalties remain payable after takedown or termination, subject to store reporting.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, store decisions, or third-party service outages.
