What we collect

• Account data: name/artist name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Content: the audio, artwork, and metadata you upload for distribution.
• Payout data: collaborator emails and split percentages you configure.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• Delivering your releases to stores and content identification systems.
• Copyright screening and anti-piracy monitoring of your uploaded audio.
• Accounting royalties and operating collaborator splits.
• Support, security, and legal compliance.

What we share

Your release metadata and audio are shared with digital stores and rights-identification services as required to distribute and protect your music. We use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud storage, database hosting, audio fingerprinting) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and your choices

Content and account data are retained while your account is active. You can request takedown of your releases, correction of your data, or deletion of your account by contacting mail@choicenetwork.net. Some records (e.g. royalty accounting) may be retained where required by law.

Security

Audio masters are stored in enterprise cloud storage with restricted access; passwords are hashed; transport is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to mail@choicenetwork.net.
